Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all tenders and sales made are by governed by the Standard Conditions of Sale of Printcraft (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as Printcraft.
- All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days;
- All customer orders must be in writing and must have an order number, order date and the name of the person placing the order;
- Risk in and to the services provided and products supplied shall pass to the buyer upon delivery;
- Printcraft does not warrant or represent that the products and / or services are suitable or sufficient for the customer’s requirements;
- No claim for shortages in delivery or damages shall be entertained by Printcraft unless made in writing within 7(seven) days after delivery;
- Before the customer shall be entitled to raise a claim or reject the products delivered for any reason, it shall afford Printcraft the opportunity to rectify the performance of such products or services;
- Payment terms are strictly 30 days from statement date where a customer has been granted credit terms. Overdue accounts will attract interest at a rate of 2% above prime. Printcraft reserves the right to suspend services and deliveries until the customer’s overdue account has been paid. Printcraft also reserves the right to cancel the customer’s credit account at its sole discretion and further services and deliveries to the customer will be made on either a COD basis, or where Printcraft deems necessary, on a payment with order basis;
- Where credit terms have not been granted to the customer, all deliveries will be made on either a COD basis, or on a payment with order basis;
- Each service or delivery or part thereof shall be deemed to be a separate contract. Where a claim has arisen against a particular service or delivery, payment may not be withheld on other services or deliveries pending resolution of such claim;
- In terms of the Print Finishing Services, the following specific conditions apply:
10.1 Printcraft shall not be held responsible for any defect in materials supplied by the customer for finishing;
10.2 Printcraft Shall not be held responsible for any damage in the form of scuffing to printed material as a result of such material having not properly dried at the time of delivery to Printcraft for finishing;
10.3 Overtime rates will apply to jobs that are requested to be processed outside of normal working hours;
10.4 Die making orders require either a trace or a sample that must be supplied by the customer;
